Raymond Nyameke is a solid class of 2020 track & field prospect that attends Smyrna High school in Delaware. Specializes in the 100m, 200M and long jump events. 3-time Junior Olympian, Top 10 USATF Championships long jumper, AAU District and Regional champion in the 200m & long jump. Excellent work ethic. One of the top high school 200M runners and long jumpers in his state of Delaware. Athletic 5'11/155lb frame. Showcase solid form and strength. Explosive. Room for growth physically and has a ton of potential. A high level training/weight lifing program will take his ability to another level. Member of the areas top track club; Delaware Elite Track Club. Team MVP and Captain for his high school track team. Natural leader. Great personality. Very coachable. Trains year round. Two Sport athlete- also was a starting Defensive Back for the Smyrna High Varsity football team for the 2018 season.

Personal Message
Prospective Coaches,
My name is Raymond Nyameke and I’m a class of 2020 sprints/long jump prospect that attends Smyrna High School in Smyrna, Delaware. I am 3 time Junior Olympian and finished 9th overall at USATF championships in the long jump. I am very interested in continuing my athletic career at the collegiate level and believe I have the work ethic, ability and drive to make my dream a reality. Thank you in advance for taking the time to review my athletic profile, accomplishments and accolades. I would like to be considered as a 2020 recruit for your track program!
I train year round and also run for one of the top track clubs in my region(Delaware Elite Track Club). I have accomplished a lot so far in my track career and am just scratching the surface of my potential. I have current personal records heading into my senior season of 21’-3 in the long jump, 46' 3.5in the triple jump, 21.7 in the 200M and 11.38 in the 100M. I also have a 4x400m relay best split of 50.06. I know that the with the work I’ve put in this off season I will set all new PR’s during my senior year. I am coachable, have a great attitude and always give 100 percent effort. Academically I have 2.75 GPA and will be taking my SAT’s in the fall.
Having the opportunity to get a great education and continue my athletic career would be a dream come true and I am doing everything within my power to put myself in position to do so.
