Ahzyre Stukes- Johnson is a class of 2020, 6'4 / 205lb small forward/power forward that attends Jules E. Mastbaum High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Very athletic and has the perfect body to be able to pack on more muscle without loosing his athleticism.

Ahzyre displays extremely quick jumping ability. This combined with his height, length and worker mentality is the makings of a very good college rebounding forward. Ahzyre also has good touch so is able to finish efficiently around the basket. He has also been putting in a lot of work on his midrange jump shot and it shows. Ahzyre has the ability to shoot the mid range jump shot or beat his defender in one dribble and finish above the rim in traffic. Ahzyre is strong kid and it’s very visible when you see him. Ahzyre also uses his physical attributes on defense to block shots and deter opponents from penetrating the lane.

The most exciting thing about Azyhre is that he is a late bloomer in regards to basketball because his younger years were spent on the football field or volleyball court. He has found basketball as his love and his skill set and basketball IQ improves daily with the work he is putting in. Ahzyre’s upside is Big.

Ahzyre is a 2 yr varsity player. Averaged 12pts, 8 rebounds and 2.5 blocks as a sophomore and is expected to have an even bigger season for Mastbaum High school this year. Ahzyre plays AAU for Team Big Dreams Bear Cats (17U). He had a break out summer, as he became a key emphasis in their offense and also became a dominant presence for them on defense .

Ahzyre is the oldest of 4 siblings and he prides himself on taking care of them for his mother and being a positive role model.
