Jaegar Wesley is a solid class of 2019 football prospect that attends St. Elizabeth's high school in Wilmington, Delaware. 6'0 / 215lbs, very athletic with great feet, versatility and an excellant work ethic. Showcases a great first step, solid closing speed and reads and recognizes very well. Has played multiple positions over the course of his career. Linebacker, Defensive end, Noseguard and Fullback. Film showcases this versatility. Quickness allows him to make many plays in the backfield and his athleticism affords him the ability to play at the second level(inside or outside) and make plays in space. Uses his hands well, engages and is a solid tackler. Loves the game and plays with a great motor. Excellent work ethic, very high character kid with great leadership abilities. Loves to compete. Making great strides in the weight room and with continued improvement from a strength and explosion standpoint will only get better. Two sport athlete that also excels at lacrosse; captain of the lacrosse team.
Academically Jaegar is an honor roll student that carries a 3.94 GPA while taking AP and honors classes. He is a member of the national honor society and also class president. He would most certainly be an asset for many college programs.
