Scouting Report
Taylor Foster is a very versatile 2022 Small Forward / Shooting Guard that attends Bishop Mcdevitt High School in Harrisburg , Pennsylvania. Great length and athleticism. 6’0” strong and mobile frame, excellent work ethic, high motor and a very solid basketball IQ.
On the court Taylor really shines in spread offensive sets and in transition. She is can knock down shots from three point range and quickly attack the basket when defenders try to close out on her. Taylor finishes around the basket effectively and does it aggressive and explosively.
What I love most is that she never stops moving and never takes a play off! If she’s on the defensive side of the ball then she’s turning ball handlers and disrupting them with her length and quickness on the ball, or coming over from help side to block shots. Taylor is known for her hustle plays as much as she is known for knocking down 3 point shots from the corner. She is always causing deflections, diving on the floor, or stealing the ball and starting the fast break for her team. She can guard almost every position on the floor as well.
Taylor is one of those players that can effect a game so much more than just in the stat columns. This was evident when Taylor was recognized in her Sophomore season in the “Blue Star Media National High School Tournament” as a Standout Player.
Academically Taylor is a high honor’s student and maintains a 4.2 GPA. She displays the necessary qualities and athletic ability to be a solid player at the collegiate level. She would be an asset for many college basketball programs.

My name is Taylor Foster and I attend Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, PA. Basketball has been a major part of my life and I would love to have the opportunity to play in college. I have a strong work ethic which helps me to improve on a daily basis and become the best player I can be. I am very coachable and am always open to feedback.
Every time I step on the court I give 100%, playing every game like it is my last. I bring energy on the court as I don't take plays off and believe in always putting forth your best effort. I am a hard-working student who takes pride in their academics. I maintain good grades while also being a student athlete. My GPA is currently a 4.2.
