Steven Roland-Washington is a 2022 defensive line / linebacker prospect that attends William Penn Senior High School in York, Pennsylvania. 6'0 / 220 pounds. Displays good feet, athleticism and strength. 295lb bench, 225lb clean, 395lb squat. Loves the weight room. Versatile athlete who has played linebacker, defensive tackle and defensive end. Great attitude, very coachable and a team guy. High character kid with great work ethic.
Steven was a key contributor to a solid defensive unit this past year earning honorable mention All-Conference recognition at defensive tackle. Plays with good pad level, is physical, has a good motor and a nose for the ball. Makes many plays at or behind the line of scrimmage. Good quickness off the ball and is a solid tackler. Uses his hands well.
Academically Steven is a high honor roll student and maintains a 3.63 GPA. He possesses the character, work ethic and competitiveness that all coaches love to see and projects as a solid 2022 football prospect. He would be an asset for many college football programs.
