Jaa Brown is a 5’5” 135lb Point Guard in the class of 2021 that attends Harrisburg High school in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Jaa is a true point guard, and has grew up in Harrisburg city playing in a lot of all boys leagues. The toughness and competitiveness she has developed from this is very visible. Jaa’s strengths are her ball handling, basketball IQ, work ethic and toughness.

Jaa creates opportunities for her teammates by penetrating and finding the open teammates. She can also penetrate and finish with both hands very effectively. Jaa can also knock down perimeter shots from three point range very consistently.

Jaa doesn’t disappoint on the defense side of the ball either. She is known for guarding the other teams best player and doing it well. Uses her strength and savvy to always keep players in front of her and creates steals and turnovers with her aggresive on ball defense and quick hands.

Jaa works out with some of the best basketball and strength/conditioning trainers in Central Pa daily in an effort to always be in top shape and continue to get better.

Academically Jaa is a solid student that maintains a 3.1 GPA. She is a very committed young lady with great work ethic and of the highest character. Jaa is certainly an athlete to take a long hard look at in the 2021 class.
