Scouting Report

Javon Clements is definitely one to watch out for in the class of 2019! He is a talented quarterback that currently attends The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Javon enrolled at The Hill School in 2018 for a post grad prep year after having a solid senior year in 2017-18 at Bethlehem Catholic HS(Bethlehem, PA) in which he was a 2 year starting quarterback compiling 4200 passing yards and 46 career TD's. At Bethlehem he was a two time district champion, state semifinalist, team MVP, and honorable mention All Lehigh Valley and an All Eastern PA selection. He decided to go prep to continue his development in preparation for the college level. He is eligible for early mid year enrollment and will be available for Spring ball in 2019.

Javon is very athletic and showcases an impressive 6'2" /205lb solid frame. Javon has a strong arm, can make all the throws and a has very high football IQ. Student of the game. Showcases good throwing mechanics and excellent feet. Very smooth and relaxed drop. Climbs the pocket well, and is accurate from in the pocket or the move. Excels under center and in spread sets. Dual threat with zone read packages and when plays break down has the ability to get outside the pocket and make plays with his legs. Throws from a good base. Accurate on rhythm throws and excellent touch on his long ball. Great leader. Very high character kid.

Javon is a vocal leader but most of all he leads by example on and off the field. Javon’s commitment to football and his strong moral values are what coaches are looking for in their program. He would be an asset for many college football programs. Javon carries a 3.2 GPA and is an honor roll student. Javon has the physical tools and skill set to be s solid collegiate level quarterback prospect.
