Dominic Joseph is a solid 2021 catcher that attends Glasgow High School in Newark, Delaware. Very talented young prospect with great upside and potential. At age 15 he has good size at 5'10 / 165lbs. Athletic frame. Primary position is catcher but also is a very solid 3rd baseman. Plays for a solid travel ball orgaization(Evo Shield Canes (North) Showcase team- Delaware) and has started at catcher for his HS varsity baseball team since his freshman year. Was named Freshman of the year while batting over .400 for the season. Solid academic kid with a 3.8 GPA. High character, great work ethic and very competitive.

Good arm strength, fluid footwork, gets into a low athletic position when receiving, good flexibility, soft receiver, accurate throws, gets around on blocking very well. High baseball IQ.
Solid Hitting/Power, athletic set up, square stride, direct bat path, fast bat speed, and hits from a firm front side (can work on a better hand load and also getting his stride foot down on time/late, work on more extension thru the hitting zone). Sprays the ball well to all fields and is very patient at the plate.
Physically still growing and just starting to devleop his strength through sport specific training and weight lifting program. Trains 4/5 days a week with personal trainer and skills coach.
Dominic has a solid foundation to continue to build upon. He projects as a solid collegiate level talent and with continued growth and developmet he would be an asset for many college baseball programs. A 2021 prospect to definitely add to your watch list and follow.

Personal Message
My name is Dominic Joseph and I'm a class of 2021 catcher that attends Glasgow High School in Newark, Delaware. I have a passion and love for the sport of baseball and have dreams of playing at the highest of levels. I have been playing competitive travel baseball for many years and last year was the starting catcher for my high school varsity team as a freshman. I would like to be added to your 2021 prospect list and be evaluated and considered for a future spot with your baseball program.
I am a hardworker, who trains and plays year round. At age 18, I am 5'11 and 185lbs. I currrently have a pop time of 2.0, an arm Velocity of 83mph, Exit Velocity of 87 mph, Grip Strength Right: 173, Grip Strength Left: 148.6, and my 60 Time is 7.3 seconds. Academically I maintain a 3.8 GPA and am an honor roll student.
I play travel ball for the Evo Shield Canes (North) and would hope that at some point your staff could evaluate me in person.
